Xtream IPTV Player is a one-time paid app priced at ₹199 (INR) on the Google Play Store. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no hidden fees. You pay once and own it forever.

We aim to resolve all technical issues within 24 hours on business days. If we cannot resolve your issue, we will handle your case individually.

5. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Each purchase licenses the app to one Google account only. Sharing, reselling, or transferring the purchase is a violation of our terms and Google Play's Developer Distribution Agreement.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting our support team will be disputed with documented purchase evidence and may result in a permanent ban from future GoodShift products.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian consumer protection law. If you believe we have acted unfairly, you may file a complaint with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. 7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from a purchase of Xtream IPTV Player shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at contact@goodshift.in.
