GoodShift is a product company. We look for the places where ordinary things are harder than they should be — finding help for a sick pet, walking into an interview prepared, riding with people you have never met — and we build products that fix them.

Plenty of software gets built because a market looks attractive. We work the other way round — we start from something that is visibly broken for real people, and we only commit once we are convinced software can genuinely fix it.
Build it properly
Our products run on real infrastructure — proper databases, encrypted credentials, automated tests, staged environments. We build things meant to be depended on, not demos dressed up as products.
Ship, then keep shipping
We release early so real people can use the thing, then improve it on what they tell us. Every product we have launched is still actively being updated.
