We are a young company and we hire rarely. When we do, it is because there is a piece of work nobody here can get to — not because we are trying to look bigger.
No formal openings right now.
We would rather say that than list roles we are not actually ready to fill. If you are good at something we clearly need — React Native, Node and Postgres, Kotlin, or design that survives contact with real users — write to us anyway. We read everything, and a specific note about which of our products you have actually used will always get a reply.

If you are job-hunting more broadly, Shift Consulting works with hiring companies to fill technical roles. Candidates are never charged a fee, and everyone who interviews through us gets to see their own evaluation report.
A promise about fees
Neither GoodShift nor Shift Consulting will ever ask a candidate for money — no registration fee, no training fee, no placement fee, no security deposit. If anyone contacts you asking for payment in our name, it is a scam. Please report it to info@goodshift.in.
