Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GoodShift Private Limited ("GoodShift", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with this website, goodshift.in. We are the data fiduciary for the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect on this website

This is a static informational website. We do not run accounts, logins, carts or analytics profiling on it. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us:

• Contact details you provide — your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message, when you email or call us using the details published on this site.
• Application material — a CV or portfolio, if you send one to us for a role.
• Technical request data — our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, referring page and time of request, for security and reliability.

We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we ask you not to send it to us unsolicited.

2. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If you use the light/dark theme switch, your preference is stored locally in your own browser so the site remembers it. That value never leaves your device and is not readable by us.

3. Why we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and continue that conversation.
• To assess an application you have sent us for a role.
• To keep the website available and secure, and to investigate misuse.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We process this data on the basis of your consent when you contact us, and on our legitimate and legal obligations for the remainder. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where it is necessary:

• Service providers who host our website and email, acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers such as our accountants and legal advisers, where required.
• Authorities, where we are legally obliged to disclose.

Our website is served from a content delivery network, which means static page content may be cached on servers outside India. Enquiry emails you send us are held in our business email system.

5. How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, and for longer where tax or company law requires it. Applications for roles are kept for up to twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we are using it;
• correct or complete anything that is inaccurate;
• erase data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
• withdraw a consent you previously gave us; and
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Write to info@goodshift.in and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required by law.

8. Our products

Each product has its own privacy policy, which is the one that applies to your use of it:

• PetNimbus — petnimbus.com/privacy-policy, and in the app listing on the App Store and Google Play.
• CypherMeet — cyphermeet.com/legal/privacy.
• Xtream IPTV Player — published at goodshift.in/xtream-iptv and in the Google Play listing.
• RideQuest — will be published when the product launches.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through it. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
