Your notes, your knowledge, your screen — private.

CypherMeet listens to your meeting, transcribes it as it happens, and answers your questions from documents you have given it — in an overlay that does not appear on the screen you are sharing. Your preparation stays yours.

The gap

Note-taking tools record the call. Almost none of them help you during it.

Meeting tools are good at producing a transcript afterwards. What nobody had built well was help in the moment — the client asks about a clause in a contract you read last month, and the answer is in a file on your laptop that you cannot open without everyone watching you do it.

The second gap is on the other side of the table. Most technical interviews are unstructured: different questions for different candidates, no scoring, and a decision that comes down to how the conversation happened to feel. That is unfair to good candidates and unhelpful to the company.

What it does

Three modes, one engine.

The same capture-and-reason core, pointed at three different problems.

01

Live meeting copilot

Real-time transcription of the call, with answers grounded in your own Knowledge Hub — the documents, notes and references you have loaded. Catch-up summaries for when you join late, and an overlay that stays invisible to screen sharing.

02

Training mode

Private interview and scenario practice against an AI coach that asks real questions, listens to your spoken answers, and scores them — so the first time you say something out loud is not in the actual interview.

03

Interviewer copilot

Helps the interviewer run a structured round — generated questions, a live shared code editor, optional environment integrity checks, and an evaluation report at the end covering coverage, correctness and where the candidate struggled.

How it works

Native capture, private knowledge, your own AI key.

CypherMeet captures system audio through the operating system's own APIs — Core Audio taps on macOS, WASAPI loopback on Windows — so there is no virtual audio driver to install and nothing to break when the OS updates.

It runs on bring your own key: you supply your own AI provider key, so your meeting content goes to your account rather than through ours. A managed option exists for people who would rather not set that up.

Screen-share-safe overlay

Your private panel is excluded from capture — what the room sees is your actual screen, not your notes.

Knowledge Hub

Load your own documents once; answers during a call are grounded in them and cite what they came from.

Licensing that works offline

Cryptographically signed licences validate without a server round-trip, so the app keeps working on a bad connection.

Built for legitimate use

Interview integrity checks report to the interviewer, and candidates always see a clear consent screen first.

Availability

Available now, early and improving.

CypherMeet is live with accounts, licensing and payments running in production. It is an early-stage product and we are honest about that — it is being actively developed on the feedback of the people using it today.
