These terms govern your use of goodshift.in, operated by GoodShift Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U63122BR2026PTC081407) with its registered office in Patna, Bihar. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Using this website

You may read, use and share the content of this website for lawful purposes. You may not:

• copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of it as your own;
• use it in a way that damages, overloads or impairs the site, or interferes with anyone else's use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure;
• use automated systems to scrape it in a way that places unreasonable load on our servers; or
• use our name, logos or brand assets in a way that suggests an association, endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

Unless stated otherwise, the content, design, code, brand names and logos on this website are owned by GoodShift Private Limited or used under licence. The names GoodShift, PetNimbus, CypherMeet, Xtream IPTV Player, RideQuest and Shift Consulting, together with their logos, are our marks. Third-party names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear with permission or as factual reference.

3. Products and services have their own terms

This website describes what we build. It does not itself supply any of it. Your rights and obligations as a user or customer are governed by the terms published with the relevant product or agreed in the relevant engagement:

• PetNimbus — the terms published at petnimbus.com and in the app, plus the App Store or Google Play terms for purchases made through those stores.
• CypherMeet — the end user licence agreement and terms published at cyphermeet.com.
• Xtream IPTV Player — the terms of use published at goodshift.in/xtream-iptv, plus the Google Play terms.
• RideQuest — will be published when the product launches.
• Shift Consulting — services are supplied under a separate written agreement signed with the client. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to supply those services on particular terms.

Where those terms conflict with these, the product or engagement terms prevail for that product or engagement.

4. Accuracy of information

We try to keep this website accurate and current, and we describe our products as they actually are. Even so, content is provided for general information. Product features, availability and pricing change, and the authoritative source for any product is that product's own site or store listing. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

5. External links

This website links to other sites, including app stores, our own product sites and those of partners. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoodShift Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud.

7. Recruitment — no fees from candidates

Neither GoodShift Private Limited nor Shift Consulting charges candidates any fee at any stage — no registration fee, training fee, placement fee or deposit. Any communication demanding payment from a candidate in our name is fraudulent and should be reported to info@goodshift.in. Our only email domains are goodshift.in and shiftconsulting.in.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page with the date shown above. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or these terms.
