4. Client Engagement & Deliverables

For IT service clients, all feature requests, deadlines, and deliverables are strictly defined in the initial Scope of Work (SOW). Any additions to the SOW require a revised agreement. GoodShift maintains the right to suspend development if scheduled milestone payments are not fulfilled.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar, and applicable federal and supreme courts operating at the all-India level. Our ability to service clients globally relies on Indian contractual law.
